Dear Journal,
it's me, Doug. Heh heh. Oh sorry, that was skeeter. Anyway...
Let me tell you why I had an INCREDIBLY awesome day.
School for the most part went pretty well. Athena and I directed and led Concert Band all period as Laniewski and Sego were not there today. I did the warm up and the march (National Emblem, a personal fav) and Athena did two other pieces. A very fun experience and incredibly engaging, pumping new life in my possible future in music education.
Hooper's class had the BIG test on "The Origins of the Bill of Rights" which I did surprisingly well on, considering I had only read 60 pages of the book. Seemed to me most of the questions were on/regarding the trials of the formation, which was covered very early on, instead of his insight into the amendments themselves which I assume he wrote about later on.
Band was fun, we had sectionals, and Daniel, Alex, and I got a lot done. We all compliment each other very nicely and am glad to work with such skilled, knowledgable players.
Jazz was fun. "Table talk" conversation and complete lack of focus led to a very fun period. Nude videos also a plus.
Spanish was spanish was spanish was spanish. La diabla can el suck it.
After school Kristin, Megan, Caitlin, Meredith, and Lauren Beck went to eat at Moe's. I was saddened by Michele's absence, and hope she's feeling better. It was a pretty good time, was toooootally stuffed, got to learn a lot about each other. Lauren questioned my sexuality, Meredith and I are destined to go out (she's on my data match!) and Megan munched on Dunkin Donuts. The gooey kind.
Afterwards it was just myself, Kristin, and Megan at their place, where we spent the remainder of the day until midnight. SUCH A GOOD TIME!!!!! Let's recap:
1) Megan and I are officially dating. She's my GF and I bought her shoes at the mall for $30 (of her money).
2) Kristin wouldn't let me go into the stores I wanted to.
3) Megan and I, now a couple, get on each other's nerves SOOOOO much and holy crap annoy each other so much. I don't know how this relationship is going to work. It's already starting to annoy her parents (or, "Kathrina and Greg", as I call them but not really).
4) Kristin looks ABSOLUTELY PRECIOUS in her Publix uni.
5) Megan and I's mating call. DEAAAAAA!
6) STEVE JOBS!!! STEVE JOBS!!! Bob Marley loves STEVE JOBS!!!
7) Selling Macs over dinner.
8) Playing Computer Inspector.
9) Myspace stalking.
10) Password sharing.
11) Jamming out to Beach Boys
12) Warn Wars Episode VI: Return of the Nighttime Random Walks Where We Just Slander Those We Don't Like.
13) Random mentions of Spanish.
14) Getting lost (almost) on the way home.
15) Did I mention.... STEVE JOBS!!!!!!!!!
What a day, what a day. I'm exhausted.
Tomorrow is All County Jazz Concert at Olympia I think (Alison's picking me up, woo hoo!! At like, 5pm, or 7pm, or something) and then hopefully watching BAND CAMP on DVD.
What a night. <3 my GF and da' 3rd wheeler and dealer.

DEAAAA!Glad to see you think our relationship is funny. Dickwrench (LOLOLOLOL).
I bet if Steve Jobs learned Karate through a montage with music by America playing (not unlike The Last Unicorn) he'd SO destroy Bill Gates. Speaking of which, I'm STILL glad to hear you enjoyed Pirates of Silicon Valley.
